Earlier this week, theHoward Hughes Medical Institute—together with The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Simons Foundation—announced anational competition for grants to outstanding scientistsasFaculty Scholars.
Rutgers University Foundation’s Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) and Rutgers’ Office of Research and Economic Development (ORED) will be hosting aninformational conference call for all interested principal investigators:

The Faculty Scholars program seeks to: provide financial support to faculty at an early career stage, select awardees based on their vision and potential for unique contributions and offer mentoring and career development.
